BulliesOut ‘Companies Against Bullying’ Campaign

With research concluding that such bullying results in the loss of 18 million working days every year; it is clear that the impact of workplace bullying on employee's well-being and also work outputs are increasingly worrying.

BulliesOut is a Cardiff based anti bullying charity that offers help, support and information to those who are affected by bullying. Recognising that workplace bullying is increasingly prevalent (or at least increasingly reported on) Bulliesout have launched the 'Companies Against Bullying' campaign. The aim is to show that with better management, training and awareness, bullying in the workplace is avoidable. Ultimately, they seek to raise awareness and show that 'no complaints equals no problems' is not the answer.
